Information we process
We may process:
- Account information, such as your name, email address and authentication details.
- Business and campaign information you provide, including information about your company, target customers, email content and preferences.
- Prospect information that you provide or direct the Service to process, such as business names, professional contact details and related business information.
- Usage and technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, performance information and interactions with the Service.
- Billing information needed to manage your subscription. Payment information may be processed directly by our payment or merchant-of-record provider rather than by us.
- Contact submissions, including your name, email address, optional phone number, message and any file you choose to attach.
We use this information to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service, process subscriptions, communicate with you and comply with legal obligations.
Prospect and customer data
You are responsible for ensuring that personal data and contact information you provide to the Service, or instruct us to process, may lawfully be used for your intended purpose.
Where we process such information on your behalf, we use it only as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations and protect the Service from abuse.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payments and other infrastructure. These currently include services from Supabase, Resend, Google, Microsoft, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy and Creem, where applicable.
These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Analytics and cookies
We use authentication technologies necessary for account access and may use analytics and measurement services, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Speed Insights, to understand how the Service is used.
The signed-in dashboard stores a user-scoped copy of workspace details, setup state, mailbox status, subscription status and summary metrics in your browser's local storage. It is used to display the dashboard quickly and is refreshed through our authenticated server when stale. It does not contain authentication tokens or mailbox credentials, and it is cleared when you log out.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will obtain that consent before using them.
Sharing
We may disclose information:
- to service providers necessary to operate the Service;
- when required by law or a valid legal process;
- to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of the business.
We do not disclose customer or prospect data merely for unrelated third-party marketing.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
